How do I reset my password:

On the landing page of this site, under the login section you have a hyperlink called "Forgot your password?" click on it, and you will see a screen where you will enter your email address, click the "submit" button, just follow the instructions to change your password.
(When you receive your email (check your spam folder), click on the URL in the email, this will bring you to a page where you can submit your new password.)

What is my Username?

Your username is your telephone number. 10 digits only. No hyphen, no dot, no slash, drop the"1" or "+1" at the beginning

I have already submitted my order, can I still change it?

To change an order that has already been submitted, send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a copy to your Zoetis Territory Manager. If the production order has not yet been generated we will verify if it is still possible to change the order.

I made a mistake in the design of my tag, can I modify it?

As long as your order has not been submitted, yes you can change your design.

To do so, go to your navigation menu on top of the screen. The navigation menu will let you go back to any of the four steps of your ordering process such as set up of your details, setup of the quantities of tags to order, tag design review and Order submission.

Why isn't it possible to enter the full name of my Clinic in the Tag Design:

The Tags have fixed width and font sizes. Therefore there are a limited number of characters that fit on the tag.

How much does it cost?

There is no direct charge for the tags. The tags are linked to the order of Zoetis Canada rabies vaccine.
